  • Upon payment, rights to final approved deliverables transfer to the client, excluding any third-party assets or fonts with separate licensing

All services are billed at agreed-upon rates or package prices. Invoices must be paid according to the payment terms outlined in our project agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest or project delays.

Note: Michelle Ehrlich Designs is not VAT registered.
