Website design process
Website design is more than just aesthetics. Planning and user experience are key to creating effective websites that get results.
Introductory call
We start with a short, no-obligation free 15-minute phone call. I’ll learn a bit about your project, answer any questions you may have, and help determine if we’re a good fit.

Initial estimate
Based on our chat, I’ll provide a ballpark estimate for the project. This will be a price range, as I’ll still need more detailed information before offering a fixed quote.

Project discovery
Through either a strategy session or a detailed questionnaire, we clarify the project scope, goals, content requirements, features, and functionality.

Proposal
Once I have all the details, I’ll send you a formal proposal that outlines the exact deliverables, detailed scope of work, project timeline, and final quote.

Project kick-off
Once you accept the proposal, I’ll walk you through the next steps. This includes what I’ll need from you (e.g. logos, images, brand guidelines). We’ll also discuss the feedback and revision process.

Content strategy
We plan the site’s content around your goals, user needs, and messaging — whether you supply the copy or collaborate with a copywriter.

Sitemap creation
A visual outline of your website’s page structure, ensuring intuitive navigation and alignment with business objectives.

Design
I create high-fidelity mockups for your key pages. You provide feedback, and once the design is approved, we move forward.

Development
I build your site in WordPress using Bricks Builder. Your site will be responsive, performance-optimised, and easy to maintain.

Test and launch
Before launch, your site is thoroughly tested for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility. Opt for one of my maintenance plans for ongoing support, updates, and peace of mind.
