Microbiome Website Design

I designed and developed a brochure-style WordPress website for Microbiome, a microbiology testing and consulting lab. The site introduces the lab and highlights their key services, including testing, monitoring, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and bactericidal applications.

To maintain visual consistency, I worked with a blue colour palette drawn from the company’s logo and incorporated subtle scientific elements throughout the design. I created a custom set of icons inspired by microbiology tools—like microscopes and petri dishes—and placed them within circular frames to echo the view seen through a microscope lens. To further support the theme, I layered molecule diagrams into some of the section backgrounds, giving the layout added texture and context.

The final site is clean, professional, and aligned with the scientific nature of the brand, while remaining easy to navigate for prospective clients.
